What do you people do for fun in this town? Seriously. I don't see myself sitting in a canoe fishing the day away. No offense to anyone who enjoys that. I just don't think it's for me. I thought about heading up to The Great Outdoors, see if I can find something to do. There's got to be some kind of hobby I can get in to, right? Something a little more exciting than fishing.

Guess who went to the Oscars? That's right. Me. It's a lifelong dream. Well, ever since I I was a kid and decided I wanted to be an actor. I mean, The Oscars. That's the real shit, right? I thought so, anyway. I don't know. In a way, it was kind of disappointing. It was all glitz and glamor, sure, but it was...I don't know. Lacking? Or maybe it's just not what I wanted, anymore.

I have to thank Lia. Shout out to Lia for asking me to go. My dream was the other way around, because I'd be the one taking Lia. But shit happens, and that was never meant to be. I burned that bridge, or whatever, a long time ago. But it's cool, because we still managed to go, the two of us, and the dream was realised, even if it wasn't exactly like I'd tried to imagine it a thousand times before.

I still think I could be a damn good actor. And who knows, maybe I'll go back to that someday. But now? I think I like it here. I've decided I'm going to get a job, a real job. I'm going to get a job and I'm going to get my own place and I'm going to be a responsible adult. Finally.

[Private] I staked out the bakery where Lia apparently works. I thought someone told me wrong, at first because I didn't see her. But then she was there, and as beautiful as ever. I just sat and watched her for a while. I know, creepy. But I'm not a stalker, really. I just...wanted to see her. Once she knows I'm here, she might tell me to get lost. Not that I'd give up that easily, but I want to watch her while I can. it's been so long since I've seen her. I wouldn't think it was possible, but I think she's even more beautiful than the last time I saw her. [/private]

So. I've hooked up with a guy, lets me crash on his couch. That's really all I need. A couch and a shower in the morning. All I gotta do is that the dogs out for their morning walk. Can't beat that. Besides, I don't anticipate being there long.

I heard rumblings about a local play. Anybody know anything about that? I'm something of an actor, so that might be something I'm interested in. As long as it's not like Arsenic and Old Lace or something I did in High School.

Times they are a'changing, and I can't get that stupid "We're movin' on up, to a delux apartment in the sky-hi-hi" song out of my head. It's really annoying! I can't even tell you the last time I watched The Jeffersons. Reminds me of my dad, anyway, cause he always used to watch it, every night at dinner. And that was back in the dy when people actually sat down and ate together as a family.

So. Just got in to town. Looking for a...an old friend. Ophelia Curan. Goes by Lia. A little help? Haven't seen her for a few years, but I found out she moved to this quaint little town. Thought I'd drop by and look her up.

And it is a quaint little town. Everyone from the check out lady to the desk clerk at the hotel are just as friendly as can be. After living in LA, it's kind of like walking in to the Twilight Zone.

Greetings and good morning. Misha here on a random snow day off work. I haven't seen snow like this since the mid 90s, because it just doesn't snow like this down here. But I love it! And I love the day off, till I have to make it up next month. *sigh* I'm just going to enjoy it now.

Anyway, this is Easton Thomas, whose real name is Greg Jameson. Easton Thomas is his stage name. he's a wanna be actor. Despite his good looks, he hasn't had much luck. He's come to Heritage Lake to find an old girlfriend. We'll see how that works out for him.

He's lazy and lacks motivation. About the only thing he cares about is his hair, and not messing up his pretty face. He's been sober since September, and just spent the holidays all alone. He's a loner, but he likes to be around people too. He's a bit superstitious and he ca be a first rate jerk, but he's honestly trying to make a change. We'll see how that works out for him!
